The highest quality of plastic components is the result of modern technology and precision work in tooingl construction. Our model construction is built by a professional team producing models and tools to your specifications. The first step is to create illustrative 3D data by using basis information like hand-drawn sketches up to online transmitted CAD data formats. The 3D data is used as the basis for experimental models, all tools, milling nests as well as for the finishing of plastic parts on modern 5-axis CNC milling stations. This ensure that only best quality leaves our factory. The finished models are checked and reported precisely for dimensional accuracy by using computer-aided measuring equipment.
